Features
It is mainly applied for detection of metal and other impurities in tire rubber industry.Compared to normal metal detectors, it has a wider detection range, which covers metal, ceramics, glass, etc.
It is featured with auto-rejection function. A very small round hole(dia.80mm) will be punched in the rubber during rejecting process, avoiding any wastes. Automatic synchronized production ensures non-stop operation during rejecting and loading, thus saving manpower.
Strong anti-interference ability, free from vibration and magnetic interferences.
